The shortest trip that still has a middle

Three days is the first length that gives you one uninterrupted day — a day belonging to neither the plane that brought you nor the one taking you home. That day goes to Bursa, and it is what separates this programme from a long stopover.

It suits a weekend, a conference with a Friday attached, or a first visit where the point is to leave with a real impression of two cities rather than a blurred one of five.

Why the loop runs in this direction

İstanbul opens the trip because the old city is best taken while everyone is still fresh: the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, Topkapı from the outside, Hagia Sophia. Then the road to Bursa and a quiet night.

The middle day is the reason the loop exists. Bursa was the first Ottoman capital and still reads like one — the Grand Mosque with its rows of domes and its fountain set indoors, Koza Han where the silk trade sat, the Green Mosque and the tomb across from it, the silk market next door to all of it. You return to İstanbul through the two bazaars in the evening.

The last morning is deliberately the softest: the Bosphorus by boat, Eyüp, the view from Pierre Loti, the water at Ortaköy, then the airport. Ending on the strait rather than in traffic is a scheduling choice, not an accident.

What is fixed, and what moves with your flights

The first and last day are shaped by your arrival and departure times — meals shift, and the order of visits can be revised to protect the airport transfer. Everything named in the written itinerary is operated; the sequence is what flexes.

Two stops on this route are shops. That is normal on a group programme and we would rather say so on the page than have you find out on the coach. On a private departure they can be shortened or dropped, and nothing at either is compulsory.

Asking for the offer

Send us your dates and your final passenger count and we will return the three days written out line by line, with every inclusion and exclusion named. The per-person figure depends on group size, travel dates and the hotels confirmed, so it belongs in that written offer rather than on this page.
