How do I pay, and how do I know the money reaches the right company?
Nothing is paid before there is a written offer and a contract. Payment is made only to the company named in that contract, never to a personal account.
Nothing is paid before there is something to read
The order is fixed: you get a written offer, the offer becomes a contract, and payment follows the contract. If a scope, an exclusion or a cancellation rule is not written in that document, treat it as not agreed — we treat it the same way.
Who you are actually paying
The company is CCT Turizm ve Seyahat Acenteliği Ltd. Şti., a group-A travel agency licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism under licence no. 12396, a TÜRSAB member, tax number 2030648119, based in Merkezefendi, Denizli.
Payment is collected in that company name. If anyone asks you to send money to a personal account or to a different name, do not send it — and tell us.
Deposit, instalments and methods
Deposit share, instalment options and accepted payment methods depend on the type of tour, the season and the suppliers involved. We do not publish a single figure here, because a single figure would be wrong for half the people reading it. The terms that apply to you are written in your own offer before you pay anything, and they do not change afterwards.
What a licence obliges us to do with your money
For package tours, the regulation requires compulsory insurance or a guarantee. Its purpose is not to make the tour nicer: it exists so that the amounts a traveller has paid, and the cost of the return journey, are secured if the agency becomes insolvent. Being licensed also means a written contract before the service and supervision by the Ministry.
That is the part of “is my money safe” that does not depend on us being nice to you. It depends on the licence being real, and a licence number is something you can check.
Currency and what the price includes
The currency of the quotation is stated in the offer itself, together with what is included and what is not — entrance fees, transfers, meals and guiding are listed item by item rather than summarised. Extras that come up afterwards are extras: they cannot appear inside a price you already agreed.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal and transfer conditions are governed by the contract you sign, framed by consumer legislation and the package tour regulation. You see which condition applies to which date before you pay — not after something goes wrong.
Ask for a written offer with the payment terms on it, before you commit to anything: get in touch.
